To Whom It May Concern:

James Crouch has been a network engineer on the National Institute of Environmen
tal Health Sciences (NIEHS) network team for 15 years reporting directly to me.
His performance has been exceptional and customers have always complemented his
work.
He was the lead network engineer on projects to upgrade the wiring in the South
Campus 101 building to Cat5e along with deploying network equipment providing a
gigabit backbone to each floor within seven modules each with four floors with 1
0/100/1000Mbps drops for approximately 1000 users.
He provided installation and support for the NIEHS wireless network consisting o
f approximately 150 Cisco Aironet 1200 series wireless access points.
He was a key member of our network team in moving the NIEHS Data Center with ove
r 200 virtual and physical servers along with the supporting network from the So
uth Campus 101 building to a separate building connected together via dual 10Gbp
s SM fiber links.
I recommend James; he has been a dedicated professional who has no problems deal
ing with changes in priorities of our customer and supporting the desktop suppor
t and SysAdmin teams when required.
