Nursing care that consisted of psychiatric assessment and evaluations,
education, individual and group therapy, individualized
bio-psycho-social treatment plan, discharge and aftercare planning for
patient in the adolescence program, adult program and dual diagnosis
program. Patient diagnoses included but were not limited to acute
psychosis, depression, anxiety, suicidal impulses, and chemical
dependencies co-occurring with a behavioral healthcare condition.
Nursing care involved writing care plans that would help patients gain
more independence and lead a productive life, medication
administration, teach coping mechanisms to help patients handle
frustrations and face challenges constructively.

Quality Assurance Administrator - Began as a consultant with Cardinal
in the role of a quality inspector in production Responsible for the
quality and accuracy of Standard Operating Procedures, forms and
training records required by the regulatory agencies and our customers
for the Pharmaceutical Development Clinical Services Business. Served
on the team that successfully implemented Trackwise, an electronic
quality management system to over 80 users. For this system I was
responsible for the verification of data accuracy and site
administrative responsibilities. My ability to manage this system
allowed me the opportunity to serve as the Trackwise Administrator.
Utilization of Trackwise enabled me to provide, coordinate, and manage
training for all new and existing employees.
