Hancock agency in 2005 and became a Certified Long Term Care
Specialist. Excels in building consultative relationships and the use

President, Ipswich Group 1997 to 2003
Formed consultancy to help clients adopt e-marketing and incorporate
data based marketing principles into mainstream marketing planning
and program development through Relationship Marketing. After
multiple client engagements, recruited for a full-time contract
