luate complex information, to include raw data from HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, MASI
NT, OSINT, and TECHINT. Perform reviews of historical data and conduct special q
uality assurance projects such as performing a targeted review of specific areas
of interest. Multiple government databases are used in order to do substantive
"deep dive" research and analysis.

Served in Iraq from 2008 to 2009 as a lead analyst and subject matter expert on
Jaysh Al-Mahdi and other Shia Extremist groups. Used multiple agency databases t
o update targeting lines and develop an understanding of regional terrorist netw
orks. Commonly produced reports included intelligence summaries, morning update
briefs and the intelligence section of mission analysis. As an intelligence serg
eant, duties also included training and mentoring junior Soldiers in basic analy
st tasks (researching, briefing, report writing). Work is done across multiple p
latforms, including NIPR, SIPR and JWICS. Provided daily briefings to unit leade
rship.
