Procurement Engineer / Procurement Manager.
* Established a successful record of performance and special team awards as a mi
d-level manager and procurement engineer with responsibility for providing leade
rship direction for 15 material planners and engineers.
* Managed overall department operations dealing with large complex procurements,
contract administration, procurement planning, and administration of the multi-
million dollar budget for nuclear weapons component procurement.
* Directed all aspects of department operations including inventory control, su
bcontractor certification, quality, compliance of materials/components, coordina
ting product delivery schedules, and working directly with engineers to define m
aterial/component purchasing requirements.
* Developed detailed technical specifications for weapons components, performed
subcontractor facility inspections to ensure compliance with contract obligation
s, and created subcontractor quality reports for senior management.

* Planned and directed all aspects of project management, contract administrati
on, operations management, and sales/marketing activities for this exclusive, cu
stom home builder specializing in multi-million dollar homes.
* Managed all aspects of multiple residential construction projects (up to six p
rojects simultaneously valued in excess of $10 million) including providing lead
ership direction for two project supervisors.

$500,000 to $3.5 million) and won Gold Awards (2003 through 2007) from the Knox
