ery investigation for Lloyds of London and consulted as the post-merger security
advisor, adverse event response, and investigation specialist for Pricewaterhou
seCoopers. Functional Director of Security for the world's largest family entert
ainment company and the Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus with respon
sibility for shows in major venues in over 120 cities nationwide. Obtained and c
oordinated criminal intelligence for client, liaison with police intelligence un
its and FBI/Joint Terror Task Force.
PUBLIC SAFETY: Senior Special Agent, PA Office of Attorney General, Bureau of Cr
iminal Investigation. Conducted complex multi-jurisdictional criminal investiga
tions and represented the State Attorney General at the Federal Insurance Fraud
Task Force, Philadelphia Police Organized Crime Strike Force, US Marshal's Offic
e, US Customs Service, and FBI. Conducted investigations for; the Directors of t
he Pennsylvania Banking and Securities Commissions, the Departments of Revenue a
nd Transportation, and for the Office of Inspector General. Inspected state and
local government records and audited state agencies. Assistant Police Chief (con
sultant) in Sea Gate NY - spearheaded a major internal investigation, and assist
ed the Chief with a complete turn-around of the Department. New York State Polic
e service included; dignitary protection, investigations, training, patrol, and
special weapons and tactics.
MILITARY: Accomplishments include service as: Intelligence and Logistics Office
r (counter-terrorism) at the Summer Olympic Games in Los Angeles and as the Seni
or Force Protection Advisor for the elite Air Force Special Operations Command i
n Saudi Arabia during the Persian Gulf War. As a Chief of Security Police within
the Air Force Special Operations Command, responsibilities included all aspects
of airbase security and law enforcement. Won the highly coveted, USAF Outstand
ing Security Police Unit Award.
