Work directly with Executive Director to increase overall awareness of hospic
e care. Work with the McClean Fletcher childrens grief center Director. The Ce
nter is a subsidiary of Hospice Ministries. Handle all correspondence. Maintai
n bookkeeping/tracking program for Executive Director and auditors. Develop and
execute all aspects of advertising, media placement, marketing, public relation
s and event planning. Manage all fundraising activities. Increased golf tournam
ent from $28,000 event to a $97,500 event in three years; assist with McClean Fl
etcher Center Gala; re-organized procedure for memorial donations and increased
donations from $294,000 to more than $500,000 in three years; created annual app
eal; create special events and fundraisers. Work with Executive Director and re
ferral recruitment to provide ideas for specialty items, ideas for marketing; cr
eated brochures for both Hospice Ministries and The McClean Fletcher Center; dev
eloped convention display; shot photography for booth, brochures and other event
s; developed process for identifying and calling on referral sources. Update an
