1. Auction Execution
Execution Auction is an auction to implement court decisions, other documents
equivalent to it, and or implement provisions in laws and regulation. Some of the
important think that must be considered in understanding this auction are :
The Auction Hall as the pre-auction operator means that auction implementation is more
emphasized at the state asset marketing and production. Fees to be paid to the state
treasury includ buyers auction fees, Seller auction fees seller auction fees, poor money
and money withheld as regulated in applicable regulation.

2. As an illustration of the weakening of the rupiah, it seem that it will never end. The
wakening of the rupiah is more dominant than its strengthening. This certainly has
impact on various sectors of the domestic economy. Countinous weakness will
complicate bussines planning. As a result of which the calculation costs become
chaotic. This make the calculation of the selling price of products that still use
imported raw materials difficult and uncertain.

3. The most updated event that occuret at the beginning of this year was the covid 19
virus pandemic which has infected more than 16 milion people. This pandemic has
crippled the word economy due to the quarantine. Allmost all economic sector
experienced constraction. The most impacted sector are tourism, transportation,
industry, trade and services. However, other sectors are also affected, either directly
or because of the domino effect. With the weaking of economic activity, it will have
consequences with an increase in the unemployment rate which in turn will increase
the number of poor people.

4. Companies can focus on the main business activities. The company does not need to
bother providing facilities, meal allowances, even health insurance/BPJS. The
competence of outsourcing companies is ussualy does not better in their field,
because that is their core business.
