y eradicating dated processes and taking the system paperless. Reallocated 10 of
the 25 existing underwriters to different departments, solidifying relationship
s with TPAs by placing SMEs on different teams around the organization.
* Created an automatic IRA rollover program that generated $10M in new business
annually, paving the way for future product development efforts and $20M in asse
t retention in later role.
