h Carolina. I audited the flour mills which supply Pioneer. The Duncanville loca
tion received a score of 920 on its December 2003, AIB Audit, which was the high
est ever scored at that plant. I also was a member of PFFs HACCP, PSM, and High
Performance Work System Design Teams.

saw their AIB Audit scores improve from Unsatisfactory to two consecutive Super
ior ratings. As a member of the kosherizing team, I was responsible for fulfilli
ng the stringent cleanliness requirements necessary to pass the final inspection
by the Orthodox Union. Upon passing the inspection, Awreys became certified as
a kosher facility.
