Streamlined project management process at EDT, growing yearly sales 13%. Project
Managers were handling parts of several projects simultaneously, with many deta
ils falling between the cracks. Hired one person to manage all 15-20 active proj
ects in-house, using project tracking software. Increased team productivity and
saved money while freeing PMas to develop business opportunities by spending mor

Overhauled repair shop personnel procedures at UAL, increasing productivity 7% a
nd cutting sick leave 41%. Avionics-Instrument repair shop labor personnel were

dentify problems. Re-configured groups for more compatibility/efficiency and est
ablished new recognition and vacation policies, growing productivity to 98% and

Brought outsourced repairs in-house, saving UAL $5M over five-year period. Highl
y valuable, costly unit was consuming over 10.5 hours to test and repair, reduci
ng amount of time available to test other units. Orchestrated purchase of $250K
of test equipment, enabling
