Supervised a team of 15 members consisting of an Assistant Chief Engineer, Super
visor, Refrigeration Mechanic, Machinist, 4 Building Engineers, 4 Maintenance me
n and 2 Painters. InterContinental Hotel has of a total of 450,000sq/ft. with a
2-line kitchen, 1- banquet kitchen, and 1- pantry kitchen, InterContinental Hot
el has 479 guestrooms, 21 function rooms totaling 31000sq/ft of meeting space, a
restaurant, bar, laundry, and gift shop. For our guest comfort and satisfactio
n, we operate and maintained Multistack refrigeration units totaling 1500 tons,
(2) Sellers fire tube low-pressure boilers, and a Sellers fire tube 120 PSI boil
er for the laundry operation. Capitol Project Managed: Guest lobby elevator and
escalator renovations, a new kitchen grease trap, diesel tank DEQ upgrade and c
ompliance, roofing and parapet wall installation/repairs, guestroom hallway and
meeting space renovations, plumbing of drains and water lines under building the
slab and in walls. Air Conditioning system upgrade.
2002-2007 Director of Engineering, The Chateau Sonesta Hotel

Managing a team of engineers, painters and maintenance personnel in all phases o
f hotel operations. Responsibilities included seeing that all kitchen and banqu

handles all phases of hotel utility and maintenance operation. Maintained a budg
