Glen Zalkin is a Senior SAP Project Manager and Functional Consultant with more
than 30 years professional experience, including 13+ years of SAP experience and
8+ years in the SAP HR area. He has been involved in many HR projects in Proje
ct Management and Functional Consultant roles including implementation of SAP HR
functionality, upgrade of SAP HR functionality, and international roll outs. I

He has experience in customer training, including both en-user training and "tra
in the trainer" approaches.
Glen's responsibilities have included:
* Project management and planning of all project phases (Project Preparation, B
lueprint, Realization, Testing, Final Preparation and Go Live/Support)
* Identification of business requirements
* Development of client-specific OM models using standard SAP objects and SAP b
est practices to support all required SAP functionality.
* Identification and configuration of all standard global and country-specific
OM and PA infotypes.
* Configuration of the SAP system including detailed documentation of activitie
s.
* Facilitation of workshop/information gathering sessions
* Re-engineering the HR business processes to become more efficient and streaml
ined.
* Writing functional specifications for the development of ABAP interfaces, rep
orts, and legacy data conversion programs
* End-user and "train the trainer" training
Glen is adept at developing, evaluating, and executing implementation plans by d
efining scope, objectives, budgets, resource plans, timelines and deliverables.
He has excellent communication skills, both oral and written. He is adept at
problem solving and is focused on successful knowledge transfer during every im
plementation.
