Over eighteen years of experience in environmental, safety and sustainability pr
ogram management and environmental compliance, sales and marketing of consulting
services and project management. My experience extends to both the public and p
rivate sectors, including experience as an EHS Corporate Manager for one of the
largest Equipment Rental Companies in North America with over 470 locations, and
an engineer at the State of Wisconsin, Department of Natural Resources.
Extensive experience in EHS Program Management and Environmental and Safety Cons
ulting for the Equipment Rental Industry and Manufacturing, over 600 facilities
nationwide in over 43 states. The list of clients includes Kraft Foods (Philip
Morris Group of Companies, now Altria), Procter & Gamble Company, Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District, Fleischmann's Yeast and Ralcorp Holdings, Inc. I have
also developed a new market (International) for a lubricants company and also p
ortfolio companies for a private equity group.
I planned, organized and executed the implementation of quite a few of the proje
cts from design through startup, including development of Marketing Plans for va
rious companies. I have been very effective in comprehending customer needs, and
arriving at simple and cost effective solutions to complex problems. Based on m
y performance alone I was able to achieve over $ 2 million in new sales from my
customers over a 3-year period. I have been in successful in managing contracts
and have reduced multi-million dollar contacts by over 75% by improving efficien
cies. I brought in projects from top companies and opened doors to future busin
ess in other areas of those companies.

For an equipment rental company serving construction and industrial customers wi
th over $2 billion in revenue and 4,800 employees in the U.S. and Canada. Led C
orporate Environmental and Safety Programs for over 470 locations in North Ameri
ca. Managed the entire environmental program for North America and also develop
ed and assisted with safety programs. In summary:
* Managed multiple environmental contracts and reduced program costs from over $
