TRAINING MANAGER / SENIOR SUBROGATION ANALYST
I worked for The Rawlings Group twice, from February 1997 through October 1999 a
nd the dates listed above. I began as a subrogation analyst, was promoted to Sen
ior Subrogation Analyst, Assistant Team Manager and Subrogation Training Manager
. My responsibilities included recovering funds for healthcare insurance clients
, communicating with insured members and working a file inventory of up to 500 f
iles. In my role as Subrogation Training Manager, I was responsible for the 6 we
ek formal training program all new Subrogation Analysts went through. I trained
nearly 70 new employees.
FIRST TENNESSEE NATIONAL CORP. 10/1999 - 07/2002
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
I worked in the retail lockbox department and supervised up to 75 employees in t
he mail opening area and mail sorting area. I also managed the mail room. My re
sponsibilities included performing performance reviews, quality reviews, and var
ious Human Resource functions. I was also responsible for the training and orien
tation of all the employees I hired. I also assisted the Senior Vice President
of Operations in updating and streamlining procedures and performed special proj
ects as needed.

I was responsible for performing daily store management functions. I was also r

Additional Information
I have trained myself and am proficient with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
I possess excellent written and oral communication skills. While training, I
was constantly told by trainees that I was very approachable during and after th
e formal 6 week training classes. I am very easy to get along with. I am not t
he type of person who strictly works a 9 to 5 schedule. I am always willing to
work extra hours if needed on nights or weekends. I am a very quick study when i
t comes to new material, be it written or software related.
