inexperienced and newly joined staff.
* Appointed Vascular Access Coordinator tasked to decrease the
incidence of use of central venous catheters. Percentage of
central venous catheters was decreased from 40% to 25%, with
expected decrease to 20% by years end.

state regulations regarding use of an isolation room for Hepatitis
