As Business Development Manager I sought new work for the Estimating department
to budget and bid. My responsibilities also included day to day management of th
e Estimators, setting their priorities, interviewing potential employees, ensuri
ng estimating commitments whether it was outgoing bids or change orders for Proj
ect Managers for ongoing projects. Maintaining client relationships, sales and m
arketing for both construction and service. Interacted with owners, engineers, a
rchitects and general contractors on design/build projects. Active on the Pahor
Safety Board.

1998-2005 Senior Project Manager


As Senior Project Manager my duties included prime contract review, drafting of
subcontracts, submitting, logging and tracking submittals and RFIs, proposed pro
ject scope changes, researched and solved field issues, coordinated subcontracto
r and field/office forces, established and negotiated project scope changes, pro
ject billing, cost allocations for project cost reports, attended project coordi
nation meetings, inspected and administered punch lists and startup for project
close-out. Successfully managed the larger, more complex projects for the compan
y. Projects included healthcare, public works and commercial and industrial proj
ects.
