ations Division. I have been a Detective for the last 27 years. I have received
the Optimist Award for Police Officer of the Year in 1986. I have received over

nt agencies, which resulted in my receiving two Law Enforcement Public Service A
wards from the United States Attorney's Office. I have closed at least 60% of th
e cases assigned to me over the last 27 years. This has been accomplished by arr
