Duration: 2 Weeks
Primary Project Goal: To perform a record review in order to assess and quantify
Medicare billing compliance.
Specific Role: Project team member who assisted in development of excel spreadsh
eets to support the data analysis and deliverables that were worked on and compl
eted by myself and other project team members.
Client: National Hospital System
Duration: 2 Months
Primary Project Goal: To help the client integrate new compliance evaluation sof
tware in each of the provider's member institutions as well as at the corporate
offices.
Specific Role: Project team member who assisted in troubleshooting issues with t
he software and was solely responsible for the development of guidance documents
to help client's personnel in using the software as intended.

Primary Project Goal: To audit billing records from 2002-2007 in order to calcul
ate overpayments and underpayments caused by physician billing errors.

Primary Project Goal: To restructure the regulatory functions of the corporation
in the US and update all regulatory records at one of client's facilities prior
to closing the regulatory department there and bringing all records online in a
central location.
Specific Role: Project team member who completed and verified the client's produ
ct registration list in order to ensure that all products manufactured or whose
licenses were maintained at the facility were accounted for. The task required i
nterfacing with regulatory personnel worldwide to update the relevant informatio
n and verify that information was being kept in compliance with applicable laws
and regulations.
Client: Multi-National Life Sciences Corporation
Duration: 5 Months
Primary Project Goal: To oversee the transition of hard copy regulatory records
to electronic format by coordinating between the client and the vendor hired to
carry out the conversion process. The engagement required facilitating negotiati
ons between the client's procurement department and prospective vendors and ensu
ring that all information transmitted was clear and met the standards of the pro
ject.
Specific Role: Project lead that was solely responsible for performing the funct
ions described in the Primary Project Goal.
Client: Multi-National Pharmaceutical Corporation
Duration: 2 Weeks
Primary Project Goal: To research applicable international standards on trial ma
ster file ("TMF") admissibility and develop a powerpoint deck in order to presen
t the information to the client. The TMF is an extremely large document that inc
ludes information such as trial data collected under Good Clinical Practice ("GC
P"), information on the investigators, their signatures, and other information t
hat is used to develop the electronic Common Technical Document ("eCTD").
Specific Role: Project team member who was solely responsible for completing the
work mentioned in the Primary Project Goal.
Client: National Health Care Provider
Duration: 1.5 Months
Primary Project Goal: To validate regulatory reference materials developed by th
e institution as well as forms used when evaluating patients during case managem
ent activities against state and federal regulations and guidelines. A report wa
s prepared at the conclusion of the engagement with observations and recommendat
ions.
Specific Role: Project team member who was solely responsible for completing the
work mentioned in the Primary Project Goal.
Client: Multi-National Life Sciences Corporation
Duration: 3 Weeks
Primary Project Goal: To help the corporation re-design its global corporate com
pliance program.
Specific Role: Project team member who aided in the drafting of interview questi
ons for key compliance personnel, participated in the interviews of these employ
ees, managed day-to-day administrative tasks, and drafted deliverables as requir
ed.
Client: National Hospital System
Duration: 3 Weeks
Primary Project Goal: To audit the grant management process at one of the hospit
al system's facilities.
Specific Role: Project team member who participated in, and sometimes led, inter
views with hospital personnel who had significant roles in relation to the grant
management process. The hospital receives and manages multiple grants each year
, and these grants are assigned to a variety of departments and programs. I also
communicated (via memoranda and conference calls) information gathered during t
he interviews and through research to senior personnel, who used the information
to advise the hospital about risk areas in the grant management process and cor
rective action that could be taken.
Client: National Hospital System
Duration: 2 Weeks
Primary Project Goal: To evaluate the coding and billing functions at physician
practices affiliated with the hospital system and advise the compliance departme
nt on the risk areas found during the course of interviews and while observing o
ffice personnel responsible for coding and billing, including the physicians.
Specific Role: Project team member who participated in the interviews with key p
ersonnel and drafted the memorandum of findings for the hospital system's compli
ance department.
