As a HR professional for a start-up company, I set up the HR department and admi
nister all aspects of human resources: recruiting executives, management, scient
ists, administrative employees including college summer interns; training, benef
its & compensation. Researched, evaluated and implemented all company benefits,
timesheet process, payroll system and performance review program. Implemented HR
policies, procedures and employee manual and revise as necessary. Investigate,
mediate and resolve employee relation issues requiring analysis of employment la
ws. Work with Brokers, Vendors, and Advisors in reference to all benefit program
s. Develop and distribute communications regarding benefits. Administer all aspe
cts of payroll for 17 employees. Assist CFO by identifying, prioritizing, and b

intaining them. One direct report with responsibilities for administration and

Facilities Manager
Administer all aspects of facilities management to include: planning, directing
, coordinating for a single facility. Supervise inventory, procurement, maintena
nce and upgrades of furniture, utilities, computers, security system and signage
for the overall facility. Ensure facilities will meet needs of multiple indivi
dual projects and coordinate with IT staff for technological needs. Supervise f
acility usage, operations, building and equipment maintenance and repairs, etc.

ive working relationships with tenants and vendors.
