Recently, I provided program integration and project management for a highly vis
ible and business impacting R&D effort. I served as the Lead Program Integrator
focused on achieving cross-disciplined team successes throughout the regulated
product life cycle methodology employed. The results were timely approval to l
aunch this enhanced, high-quality product release and associated labeling.
In the prior program engagement, provided program and project oversight focused
on global pharmacovigilance process improvement leveraging change management, co
mmunications planning, and IT automated solutions. This project was nominated as
the Project Team of the Year by the client.

I provided leadership for a web 2.0 startup in the services sector. This social
networking / ecommerce startup was information content focused utilizing the la
test web-based technology for specific consumer web 2.0 communities.
For a separate startup, I provided VoIP to SME customers in Mexico. Provided as
sistance to MVH Telecom in the areas of business planning/process, technology ev
aluations, vendor selection/contracts, financial projections, fund-raising, and
company asset generation. Assets bought by another firm.
ASPECT SOFTWARE | ROCKWELL. LOMBARD, IL - VP OF DEV 2003 to 2007
At Rockwell FirstPoint, I initially provided M&A feasibility analysis consulting
. I transitioned to full-time employee as Director of Products and Architecture
. Upon merger with Concerto Software and later with Aspect Software, I became V
ice President of Development.
Led the largest software release in company history (>10M lines of code) with a
worldwide development team. This release extended leading product line capabilit
ies into web services, VoIP, multimedia and advanced call center functionality.
I led product lifecycle processes restructuring and software re-architecture eff
orts, attaining web-centric development, open networking, and agile development
practices. We achieved higher quality and better predictability of time-to-marke
t schedules utilizing these approaches on affected projects. I also oversaw of
fshore outsourced and in-sourced software development overseas, resulting in inc
reased development capability, dramatically reduced costs, and global developmen
t in nine locations worldwide.
STARTUPS CONSULTING | OAKBROOK, IL & TUCSON -PARTNER 2001 to 2003
Safety Dynamics utilizes patented advanced sound recognition software from the U
niversity of Southern California for creating advanced acoustic recognition prod
ucts including gunshot detection and intruder detection (i.e. broken glass, fenc
e rattling, etc.). Products are sold to the Department of Defense and municipali
ties. My key roles were to secure and manage the company's first revenue stream
s as well as to productize the initial prototypes for this highly recognized sma
ll business.
At Eqtima, a call center software startup, I led efforts with international M&A
to acquire state-of-the-art call center software from a South African firm. I a
lso led in-house product management and development efforts.
BT-O2 | LONDON - PMO DIRECTOR & VP OF TECHNOLOGY 1999 to 2001
Located in London UK, I helped to grow BT's mobile Internet startup in Genie Int
ernet to span 12 European & Asian countries in multiple languages with over 12M
subscribers & $120M+ of m.commerce and ecommerce infrastructure. Publicly trad
ed O2 was created when British Telecom's Cellnet and Genie Internet combined.
Used rapid development and active governance with key partners to create advance
d, first time industry mobile Internet solutions including mobile Unified Messag
ing, monetized instant messaging, location-based services (LBS), and m-commerce
including 24 hour banking. Boosted full-service mobile Internet infrastructure
availability from 85% to 99.5% while driving a five-fold increase in performanc
e, and significantly reduced costs by implementing quality improvement programs.

I started at Synon, Inc. as the Director of North America Services to drive solu
tions-oriented consulting utilizing Synon products and consistently exceeded sal
es quotas (over 140%). I designed a ROI model for proposing high-technology sol
utions also used by Microsoft. I helped to advance software pattern-based desig
n and development within the ISO community.
Upon merger with Sterling Software, become the first Director of Business Allian
ces, co-created the company's first channel sales program (leveraging enhanced P
artner Relationship Management or PRM ecommerce software) and then successfully
ran the Midwest region, achieving an annual sales quota in five months utilizing
this created channel sales program.

996
At Tandem held roles from a field analyst through regional system manager for th
e Midwest. I was the catalyst to start Tandem's first formal quality program a
nd organization. My team started and grew Tandem's professional services busine
ss from zero to $150 million annually in the US. I moved this business from 80+
% in-sourced delivery to 70+% outsourced in both delivery and sales support. I w
as promoted to manage this business worldwide with up to 250 direct line reports
and 1,100 FTEs.
Rapidly grew a $25M/year software tools business out of Shanghai, China that del
ivered 80% gross margins.
