Background
2. In the final term of MBA program of Southeast University we had the scope to study
various intricate aspects of Human Resource Management, where one of the very
important part was Organizational Development. Organization Development is a kind of
study where students get the opportunity to have the scope to acquire the knowledge on
how an organization develop itself trough various steps taken by improving and developing
human resource and system.
3. Trust Bank limited of Bangladesh is a bank which is connected which Army Welfare
Trust and operated by the intimate monitoring and control of Bangladesh Army. Within few
years of inception this bank has become a worth mentioning bank in Bangladesh. Through
very particulars planning and proper administration this bank has won the heart and mind of
all walk of people of Bangladesh.

c. Evaluation of performance of Trust Bank in banking sector in the context of
Organization Development.
Purpose
6. The purpose of this research will be to explore the various aspect of human
resources management which has lead to bank to a higher level by creating a prudent and
efficient working environment. I have a intension to find out what are the special practice
the environment or the system is having which is effectively creating the required incentive
and driving force among to all the employee of Trust Bank limited.
7. To find out what are the OD intervention strategies are implemented from the
beginning. I like to find out how the bank is coping or adapting changes in the technological
boom and with the changing perspective of clients.
8. What are the intricate organizational culture that is creating a binding force and
transforming the attitude of the employees to be more responsive to the need of the
organization and the need of the clients. How the organization is creating the bridge
between the organization and the clients.
9. What are the motivations there worked together to create the sense of pride, dignity
and honor among the employees to provide their extraordinary contribution to the
organization including what are the change agents.
10. I shall mainly conflagrate on the process of organization development the infancies
and the motivations of trust bank limited.
Method
11. Step 1. The organization will be analyzed by the theoretical framework. This
will be done by primary and secondary, resources.
12. Step 2. I shall interact with the lower level employees to find out various
motivation aspects and their working environment.
