ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Conducted feasibility study and course authorship for new academic emphasis area
at Kaplan University.
Result: The emphasis area was very successful and has evolved into one of the la
rgest departments in the Kaplan University School of Arts and Sciences.
Facilitated implementation of regional technology curriculum. Result: Increase
d utilization of capital equipment 75%, increased performance tracking efficienc
y 500%, and identified gaps in personnel and equipment.
Authored and edited letters, recommendations, informational flyers, mission stat
ements, and other professional documents. Result: Colleagues, administrators, a

Coordinated all aspects of a multi-million dollar metrology program at Eastman K

Designed differentiated instructional delivery in multiple learning styles to a
class of 22 students of varying abilities. Result: Student achievement on key S

vel ensuring continued local control of local educational programs.
Developed creative techniques to deliver science instruction without the need fo
r expensive instructional kits. Result: Saved the District $20,000 over a 12-ye
ar period.
