abling bank-wide customers to view statements on the web. Interfaced with softw
are development and system engineer teams in all aspects of the project.
- Implemented a new digital publishing center with web-enabled job submission t
icketing system to support publishing needs across the enterprise resulting in a
significant improvement in services offered, and reduced costs.
- Realized $140K in reduced storage costs by identifying and eliminating duplica
te / erroneous records
- Spearheaded electronic media transition project, which eliminated microfiche,
enhanced data access times, and ultimately saved $400K in annual costs
- Led build-out project of new centralized print and publishing center that pro
duced an average of just under 20 million images monthly at its peak, reducing d
e-centralized costs and cumbersome processes.
- Completed rigorous training in Operational Excellence processes (Six Sigma co
mpatible)
- Key member of JPMorganChase transition team, converting systems from Washingt
on Mutual platforms to JPM.
