Installment Agreement for Services

This letter serves to confirm our agreement for services to be provided. According
to that agreement, the services to be provided by Business by Experts are as
follows:

1. Financial Activity Documentation

a. Compilation or review of un-audited financial statements
2. Report Preparation
a. Preparation of IRS Employment related forms (940,941)
b. Preparation of State related forms and/or reports (TWC, sales tax, etc.)
3. Unlimited Consultation
a. Unlimited consultation of accounting and tax-related questions.
4. Tax Planning
a. Business related tax planning.
5. Audit Representation
a. No-cost representation concerning local, state, and federal inquiries at
the agent level.
6. Income Tax Preparation
a. Quoted on an individual basis and subject to change from year to year.

In return for such services you agree to compensate Business by Experts a sum of

Acknowledgement of Agreement for Services

I agree, that by signing below, that I am entering an agreement of payment for services rendered.
Additionally, I agree that the submission of documentation and information to Business by Experts
is for the specific purposes of soliciting services for payment as agreed. Furthermore, any
negligence to pay for services rendered, and only for services rendered, may be assigned, sold, or
consigned to a collection agency for collection purposes.
