employee benefits changes and analyzed medical benefits to hone in on ways to re

mpliance with all state and federal regulations. Secured outside consultants and

and ease of use.
* Conducted presentations and increased participation in 401K plans by 35% for u
nionized plant workers.
* Worked closely with legal department and determined executive compensation lan
guage to be used for the company's first annual report and proxy statement.
