2009 to 2010.
- Vice President - Group Benefits, West Florida.
Developed and implemented long term strategy
for Group Benefits Department for 2nd largest independent
agency in Florida. Created the value proposition and
product offerings. Responsible for delivering departmental
new business sales, retention and profitability goals.
Liberty Mutual - $26B international auto, home
and life insurance provider, 1998 to 2009.
-Sales Manager, Eastern Michigan. Relocated to
startup and lead $20M sales/service operation.
Recruited, hired, trained and developed staff.
Managed sales growth, retention, customer
satisfaction and premium goals for branch.
Managed and improved.
-Midwest Region's largest affinity account.

and managed four staff and $500K budget.
