to learn more about this opportunity.
I was most recently the Director of Operations with extensive experience in Sale
s Management as well as day to day operations for GBA Gold Inc. I have 18 years
of experience in Sales training and management, with direct responsibility for r
eceivables and payables. I was also in charge of our shipping and receiving depa
rtment to ensure prompt delivery to our clients was met. One of my biggest respo
nsibilities was to ensure the complete satisfaction of our clients, and to resol

Career Highlights
After graduating with my degree I was quickly employed buy a small design firm A
ED which allowed me to discover skills that seem to come very natural to me whic
h was management. I was quickly promoted to floor manager in charge of not only
my design team but the production floor, and shipping.
In a very short time I was able to take my team that was having trouble meeting
deadlines and motivate them to a level the company hadn't seen in 10 years of bu
siness. Not only was my team meeting deadlines but we were able to finalize test
ing and deliver ahead of schedule, which allowed AED to pick up an additional co
ntract with GM for 5 years.
When AED was sold I took the opportunity start my own investment sales company A
BC Trading Inc., and grew it from just me to over 30 salesmen. So for 11 years I
trained a team of 20 to 30 independent salesmen and went from $500k a year in s
ales to over $3.5M. We also began to expand our business outsourcing trained sal
esmen to companies out side of the investment world such as direct outside produ
ct sales, or Insurance or any sales company that was looking to increase there s
ales production. In that 11 years we were able to increase incoming sales capita
l by an average of 75% to as much as 250% per year. I myself developed a passion
for precious metals and traded for 7 years, and achieved a number of industry a
wards for highest grossing broker.
After having a very successful run in the investment field I had the opportunity
to sell ABC Trading Inc.. So with an investor friend of mine I had the opportun
ity to follow a dream which was to open a chain of Gym's called Sound Fitness in
the Houston Texas area. We opened 6 facilities in and around the Houston area,
and I was responsible for hiring and training the sales staff and overseeing the
day to day operation of 4 of the clubs and all 4 of my clubs were able to open
the doors running with over 3,000 clients on day one. My jobs included making su
re due's were collected promptly and memberships were entered correctly as well
as making sure the facilities were kept spotless and machines were properly main
tained to ensure client safety. Another one of my responsibilities as an owner w
as making sure that our retail inventory was ordered and stocked regularly.
After leaving the Gym business I was offered an opportunity to get back into the
commodities market and help open a new precious metals investment firm called G
BA Gold. My responsibilities were to hire and train the brokers, over see the sa
les floor, handle all client concerns, and over see and help with the design and
production of our web site as well as the shipping and delivery of our product.
I was able to take a brand new firm and generate over $1.5 million in sales rev
enue its first year. I believe my ability to manage and train sales people as we
ll as my work ethic has allowed me to have a great deal of success at any ventur
e I take.
