Preface
A growing emphasis on quality, value and optimum utilization of resources helps in achieving an
integrated organization structure. The study on ‘consumer satisfaction of saving accounts
holders reference of ICICI Bank’ helps to understand the analytical approach, basic
disciplines and implementation of ‘Training’ in an organization.
This Summer Training report is an attempt to study the consumer behavour as a whole, and to
get a complete knowledge about the Training in Sri Ganesh Automotive Impex Pvt Ltd.
It helps in understanding and analyzing the process of behaviour and perception of the consumer
and also helps in interpreting the various aspects of they would like.
The given study includes the introduction to the industry, the ICICI Bank profile, its history, its
product profile, area of operation etc.
It also includes the behaviour concept, its process, and, literature review, and research
methodology, focus of the problem, objectives, and limitations of the study.
The last part consists of the SWOT analysis (Strength. Weakness, Opportunities, Threats),
followed by the recommendations, suggestions, findings and conclusion.

I express my sincere thanks to my Summer Training guide, Mr. Yesh saini, faculty memberof our
colleg for guiding me right form the inception till the successful completion of the project. I
sincerely acknowledge him for extending their valuable guidance, support for literature, critical

I hereby declare the Summer Training report entitled “consumer satisfaction of saving
accounts holders” written and submitted by me under the guidance of Mr. Harish Yadav, is my
bonafide work to best of my knowledge and belief.
Further the analysis and interpretation required for the preparation of this project has been
carried out under the supervision and guidance of Mr. Yash Saini (External Guide).
The empirical findings in the report are based on the data collected myself. While preparing this
project I have not copied anything from any source or other project submitted for the similar
purpose.
