This is reference to our meeting and discussion regarding Strategic Consultancy of Media Planning for
India Goodies; kindly find the proposal details below.

This Planning will be given primarily for Mumbai and then for top 10 metros.

Activities Area Details:-

1. Consultancy for broadcasting plan and Promotion in Television Channels.

2. Consultancy for selecting and buying Radio promotion in several cities.
3. Strategic Consultancy for the website promotional activities.
4. Other consultancy like Social, Online Media and majorly Print Media.
5. Consultancy over outdoor promotion (City Level),(only 4 Cities).
6. On primary basis, Market Research will be involved the planning process.
7. Client can have his involvement in the process for the path clearance.

Activity Planning Details

1. Consultancy over Financial/ Budget level Planning.

2. Consultancy based over a year long activities across the medium.
3. Consultancy for Pumping and Flighting mode as needful.
4. Covering across the possible channels or medium where the brand can accommodate
itself for promotion.

Segmentation Details.

1. Consultancy of Media Planning for Demographic segmentation.

2. Consultancy of Media Planning for Media Vehicles segmentation.
3. Consultancy of Media Planning for Budget Segmentation and allocation.

Other Details

 Media Planning Reports will be provided weekly basis (4 times) 4 Reports and then
Complete Master Report.
 Meeting will be scheduled with the client weekly basis continuously for two months.

Charges Details.

 Total Amount for the Consultancy will be Rs.1,35,000/- only.

Details & Specifications:-

1) Shilp Media will update you the complete progress in each level and go for next level only after
your permission.
2) All details and documents will be submitted to you after completing the activity.
3) Media planning execution will be separate from this activity.
4) Shilp Media will help to execute some of the concern activities on behalf of you.

 50% of the cost will be charged as advance for the primary expanse for research and media
planning.
 Payment for Shilp Media Solution can be made by cheque in favor of SHILP MEDIA SOLUTION.
