** With a presentation there will be no final paper
** Have presentations in 11th grade English classes
** PTA Committee members present
** Have mandatory/exit presentations with PTA and administrators

** Exit students attend classes they are failing until the Friday before graduation. In addition
these students will be placed in a community service project for the remainder of the school day.
Community service ends at the same time as the supervised projects. These students will
prepare for their final presentations during the week before graduation.
** Any unexcused absences during this period will jeopardize participation in graduation.

** Any student who returns to school from project for any reason will be required to have a
reentrance meeting with an administrator and a parent/guardian present.
** These students will be placed back in classes and their grades will continue to matriculate.
**They will be placed in study halls with no free period.
** During study hall time they will be working with the librarian on a project (decided by Mrs.
McNally). This project will be due to her during the last week of school. Failure to complete this
properly will jeopardize participation in graduation. This paper will be presented to a committee.
** All absences during this period must be excused through verification (doctor, dentist, court)
** As they do not have to prepare any final paper or project material, there is no reason for them
to have that extra week off.
** Any unexcused absences during this period will jeopardize participation in graduation.

** Failure to complete the 120 hours of senior project must be fulfilled doing Community Service
that is easily verifiable and approved by the administration in order to receive a diploma at the
completion of the hours.
** Set up job list to help teacher (ex ± move books, redecorate, grunt work) complied by senior
project coordinators ± ask staff for list of jobs to be done

 
 
Any student who is kicked off SP will not walk in graduation ceremony
They will be required to find their own community service project to complete the required 120
hours, verified, in order to receive a diploma.
