The Company engaged in manufacturing and marketing

of Clothes and Yarn both in domestic and international markets, offers challenging career opportunities to professionals and in currently in the lookout for qualified and experienced professionals in relevant disciplines for recruitment on regular basis as per details given below. Experience is not a pre-requisite for the post of Management Trainees. 1. COMPENSATION SYSTEM: In addition to basic pay of the Pay Scale, the Executives are also entitled to DA on IDA pattern, Company accommodation / HRA/ Conveyance / Conveyance allowance as applicable from time to time. Besides, other normal facilities and benefits such as EPF, Gratuity, Medical reimbursement, leave encashment, LTC, etc as per Rules also will be available. The company is in the process of implementing the various components of 2nd PRC as circulated by the DPE. 3 Selected Management trainees will be placed on the scale of pay, after successful completion of training for a period of six months. During the training period, a consolidated stipend of Rs.10000/- will be paid. The training period will be subject to extension, in the event of not attaining desired performance levels. 2. HIGHER START: In the cases of exceptionally deserving candidates, Management may consider a higher start of pay, (excluding Management Trainees) for candidates possessing higher qualifications, special relevant experience and in consideration of the emoluments drawn in the previous employment, etc. on the recommendation of the Selection Committee. 3. GENERAL CONDITIONS: (1) Only Indian Nationals need apply. (2) Appointment will be on regular basis and selected candidates will be on probation for a period of six months/one year. (3) Selected candidates will be required to serve anywhere in India. (4) A candidates single application should be sent in one envelope. Applications by a single candidate for more than one post must be sent separately marked envelops. Multiple applications in one envelope shall be rejected and no correspondence in this respect shall be entertained. (5) No. of vacancies shown against the post can be increased or decreased or even reduced to zero, at the discretion of the management without assigning any reason. NTC will not be liable to compensate the applicant for the consequential damages, if any. (6) NTC will not be responsible for any postal delay/wrong delivery/non-delivery of communication at any stage of the recruitment process. (7) The cut of date for considering the age and experience of candidates will be taken as 31-03-2011. (8) Minimum qualifications mentioned in the Annexure shall be from a recognized University / Institution with 60% marks (50% in the case of SC / ST candidates) for Management Trainees and a pass class for other positions. However, in case of CA/ICWA, only pass marks is prescribed for all positions. Candidates appearing/appeared in the final examination may also apply for the post of Management Trainee; however, their selection will be subject to acquiring the specified qualification before the interview date. (9) Internal candidates of NTC, currently working in the next lower scale for a minimum period of two year or in the 2nd next lower scale for a minimum period of 4 (four) years as on the cutoff date (ie: 31-03-2011) may also be considered for selection on merit. For example: An employee may be considered for selection in

4 the scale of E 5, if he has served either in E4 scale for a minimum period of TWO year or in E3 scale for a minimum period of FOUR years as on 31/03/2011. (10) Candidates not found suitable for the post advertised may be considered for the next below position, in deserving cases only in exceptional circumstances. (11) Mere conformity to the job requirements will not entitle a candidate to be called for interview. Management reserves the right to reject the application without assigning any reason and to increase / decrease the number of posts depending on the requirement or to raise the Standard of Specifications to restrict the number of candidates to be called for written test / interview. (12) A non-refundable Account Payee demand draft for Rs. 300/- drawn in favour of National Textile Corporation Ltd. on any Nationalised Bank payable at New Delhi, is to be enclosed along with the prescribed application form. No other mode of payment is acceptable. Candidates should mention their name and address on the reverse side of the DD. No fee is payable by SC / ST candidates and other persons with disability (PWD). (13) Applicants serving in Government / Public Sector Enterprises / Semi-Government organizations should apply through proper channel or produce No Objection Certificate at the time of interview, failing which they will not be permitted to appear for the interview. (14) Appointment of selected candidates is subject to verification of Caste and Character and Antecedents, as the case may be, from the concerned authorities as per the rules of the Company. (15) Reservations and Age relaxation for different categories viz. SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD/ Ex-servicemen etc., are as per Govt. of India Directives. (16) Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Ex-servicemen category should enclose a copy of the certificate issued by the Competent Authority to that effect. (17) Candidates belonging to OBC category are required to produce the recently obtained OBC Certificate (Non-creamy layer) (not older than 6 months as on the date of advertisement) in the format prescribed by the Government of India, issued by Competent Authority. (18) Candidates belonging to PWD/Ex-Servicemen are required to furnish attested copies of certificates in support of their claim. (19) The appointment of selected candidates will be subject to their medical fitness for such appointment based on Medical Examination as per the Directives of the Company. (20) Age and experience criteria may be relaxed at the discretion of the competent authority in deserving cases. 5 (21) No correspondence will be entertained with the candidates not selected for written test / interview. (22) Incomplete application or applications not in the prescribed format will be rejected and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained. (23) Management reserves the right to call or not to call any / all of the candidates who have responded against this advertisement. (24) Management will not be responsible for delayed receipt / non-receipt of applications. (25) The decision of Management regarding selection will be final.
