Proses fotosintesis adalah kejadian alami tentang proses pembentukan karbohidrat dan
oksigen pada tumbuhan yang memiliki klorofil dengan bantuan cahaya matahari. Singkatnya,
proses ini sama halnya dengan cara makhluk hidup lainnya untuk mendapatkan asupan
energi.
Proses fotosintesis tidak hanya berguna bagi tumbuhan tetapi juga makhluk hidup lain yaitu

mnghasilkan glukosa dan oksigen. glukosa diggunakan sendiri oleh tumbuhan tersebut
sedangkan oksigen dikeluarkan kembali memlalaui stomata dan bermanfaat sebagai sumber
oksigen
Jadi, proses fotosintesis adalah proses bagaimana tumbuhan memenuhi kebutuhan makanan
mereka. Namun, hasil dari proses ini juga bermanfaat bagi makhluk hidup lain. Itulah
