Friendly Motors (India) Private Limited Maruti Service Center th #1126, 16 cross near NIE College Vidyaranyapuram Mysore-570008 Three C analysis is very important concept. The three C are a) Company b) Customers and c) Competitors a) Company: - Friendly motors (India) private limited was established in the year 2009. It opened showroom as well as workshop. It provides services to the maruti suzukis products, pre owned car facilities etc. At present the companys managing director is Yoshadhara G nayak Chief Executive officer is Raghu Chaitanya Y nayak. Company has 71 employees in the showroom and 76 employees in workshop. Friendly motors mainly dealing with maruti suzukis products such as m-800, Swift, Eeco, Alto, Baleno, Brand Vitara, Gipsy, Wagon r, sx4, Versa etc. In the company while giving service to the cars employees divided the place into workshop and bodyshop. In the workshop engine settings, door settings, lightings activities taken. In the body shop tinkering, painting activities are taken. The required spare parts are bringing from main branch of maruti that is Gurgao and Delhi. Service advisor of the company call the customers after 3 days of service to get the feedback. Customer care officer call the customer after 6 days of service to know whether the customer satisfy or dissatisfy. If the customer unhappy about the service company bring back the vehicle to the workshop and give service to them.

Company gives service around 50 to 60 cars per day. Every car must come to the washing section after it will go to work shop after all the work finished then it comes to bodyshop if painting or tinkering require. In the work shop and body shop company mentioned some slogan such as Safety first and Do it right first time these lines motivate the employees to do the work more efficiently and effectively. b) Customers: - Customers are the king in now a days. Without customers company cannot exist for long time. Friendly motors is very successful in attracting the customer. All type of people such as business people, corporates, government employees, doctors, lawyers are dealing at friendly motors. Customers are more from the local such as vidyaranyapuram, J P Nagar, Lakshmipuram, etc. Apart the Mysore city the more customers are from coorg and some of from mandya. Even some employees in the workshop also are from coorg. In friendly motors customers can expect best service. c) Competitors: - Competitors for Friendly motors are Mondovi motors. In Mysore it has three branches one of it is in hunsur road, another one is in bannur road, and another one is in KRS road near railway station. These are also dealing with Maruti Suzukis products. Mondovi is in the business for long time. Friendly motors just 2 and half year old. Now only friendly motors occupying the market share of the Mondovi by their different strategies. The price for the service is same in both friendly and Mondovi but the relationship with customer and additional facilities are very less in the mondovi
