Reverse Flame Tube Boilers

THE STRUCTURE IS SIMPLE

The steam boiler consists of a cylindrical vessel with two plain plates on its two ends. In the inside of the steam boiler is the furnace where the ame develops from the burner (1st ue gas pass). The ue gases are reversed at the end of the furnace (2nd ue gas pass) and they meet the tubes through which they are forwarded to the rear ue gas chamber of the steam boiler (3rd ue gas pass) and from there to the chimney.

SOPHISTICATED DESIGN
Rapid water circulation accelerates the steam-bubbles movement to the steam space. Special characteristics for reduced fuel consumption. CE is provided for all capacities and pressure levels, according to P.E.D. 97/23. The main advantage of the design and manufacture of ARTEMIS steam boilers is the volume of the water combined with the volume of steam space. Large volume of water means big dimensions of the boiler and loss of energy. Small volume of water causes plunges when there is an abrupt demand for steam and at the same time inuences the quality of the steam. The bottom of the furnace is a KLPPER type bottom and not at as is common at the market. This geometry ensures two important advantages: A more rm and sturdy construction and better tolerance to thermal stresses. Better heat transfer and therefore higher eciency. The advanced design of ARTEMIS steam boilers guarantees a non stop supply of steam ensuring at the same time the less energy loss possible.

ECONOMIZER
ARTEMIS economizers can increase the boiler eciency by 5 - 7% using the ue gas energy to heat up the feed water of the boiler. The ARTEMIS economizer is specially designed for each boiler new or existing. Finned tubes of high quality. Large inspection openings. ARTEMIS economizers are always easily removable. The Economizer is pre-mounted to the ue gas back chamber.

In most of the cases the investment of an economizer can be paid back in a year time!!!
