The last and most important part of our project is conclusion and then list of suggestion we prepare in the

light of our visits we made to various industries. We visited to various industries of Punjab, KPK and do some survey on telephone of Sindh industries. So accordingly we prepared suggestion list.

Punjab Industries
Ravi Automobile (pvt) Ltd Location: _________________________________ Type of industry: It is an automobile industry and manufacture motor cycle. It has a traditional manufacturing system. We met Abdullah Siddique (M.BA).He give us these suggestions. Suggestions: We have problems of electricity and gas. In our country if we wish to implement FMS we should hard work for betterment of our economic condition. Stahlco Motors (pvt) Limited Location:_______________________________ Type of industry: It has traditional manufacture system. In Stahlco Motors we met with Engr. Naveed Aslam .He is quality and receiving manger there. Suggestions: It will minimize our labor cost if we implement FMS. It will also save our time Quality will also improve. It will make our production fast. But since it is too costly to implement FMS, so if capital cost of it is reduced then it will become easy for us to implement FMS Al_Ghazi Tractor ltd Location: ____________________________ Type of industry: It has partial FMS. Engr. Shafqt Rasool welcomed us. Suggestions: He told us that full implementation is very costly. High taxes rates dont allow us to import required machinery to bring full flexibility in our industries. There is also a problem of electricity and gas outages.

He told us if we overcome all these hurdles we can bring full flexibilities in their setup. Millat Tractors Limited Location: ___________________________________ Status of FMS: It has partial FMS. In Millat tractors Mr. Ahsan Imran General Manger of production control welcomed us. He referred us to Engr. Shakoor (B.SC Mech) to show us their various plants. Suggestions: Due to poor agricultural department demand for our product (tractor) is low. So we cannot implement full FMS. Also there is lack of law and order in the country along with the increased taxes and inflation. Infinity Engineering (Pvt.) ltd. Location: ________________________________ Status of FMS: There was partial Fms. In Infinity Engineering Abdul Razzaq Gohar received us. He is the owner of industry and did his M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering. Suggestions: He told us that we cannot implement full Fms due to power outages and government policies. Also he told us that since they have medium production so it doesnt suit them to have full FMS `
