In the spirit of Best in the West and continuous improvement, we are reorganizing several areas of internal operations; these changes are effective immediately. I am very pleased to share the following with you: Bob Richardson is appointed to the newly created position of EVP Corporate Logistics and Holdings. In his new role, Bob will be responsible for all strategic logistics across the YMCO West Coast Network, as well as real-estate holdings and transactions. The first real-estate initiative Bob will lead is the expansion of our Express Stores. Bob will report to Kevin Manion, Chief Financial Officer. Reporting to Bob will be the Purchasing, Traffic, and Import/Export departments, led by Jim Means, SVP Internal Operations. Bob will office out of our Tustin location. Michael Harvey will take on the responsibilities of Senior Vice President Warehouse & Delivery California. In his new position, Michael will report to Eric Dopkins, President-California and will be responsible for all California-based warehouse, delivery and inventory activity. Reporting to Michael will be Wes Slane, SVP Warehouse & Delivery Southern California, Lloyd Brandon, VP Warehouse & Delivery Northern California, Tom Huffaker, VP Facilities & Maintenance, and Ken Ferioli, Director Compliance. Michael will office out of our Los Angeles Branch and he will be our Senior Executive at this location. We will be consistent in our other markets and will have the warehouse and delivery function reporting to the State President. Effectively this means, Harry Harris, VP Operations Hawaii will report to George Szigeti, President-Hawaii, and as we staff the new Youngs Market Company-Arizona, the top warehouse and delivery role will report to Mark Moser, President-Arizona. Kathy Conley, VP Administrative Operations, will continue to be responsible for Credit & Collections and Customer Service and will report in to the Finance/Accounting group directly to Kevin Manion, CFO. As the new Express Stores come on line, Louis Balducci Sr., Director Express Stores, will manage the stores. Louis will report directly to Eric Dopkins, President-California. I am confident Bob and Michael will bring world-class strategies and practices to their new roles and encourage you to give them your full support. I am equally confident all of the additional alignment changes will strengthen our internal operations. Thank you,
