: A 6-month project under Dr Rajiv Sarin, Director of ACTREC Projects topic- BRCA1 gene comparison at the biological and bioinformatics level of human and canine by carrying out homology modeling, sequence comparison using tools like Clustal W and BLAST. Also did a comparative oncology study using the dog as a reference. : 6 months

Clinical Research Coordinator; SAAD Research & Development Center March 2010-Present Duties & Responsibilities include: Assisting in the preparation and modification of protocols and/or modifications to study design as appropriate, preparing polices and procedures for clinical research projects. Coordinating the development of forms, questionnaires and tools used in the application of research techniques. Coordinating the clinical development plan as outlined by the investigator, assisting as needed in defining objectives, strategy and studies. Utilizing guidelines for projects prepared by professional staff members to outline research procedures to be followed, monitoring clinical activities to identify issues, variances, conflicts and recommend solutions. Planning the schedule according to variety of methods to be used, availability and quantity of resources, and number of subordinate personnel assigned to a particular project. Preparing report or assisting in the preparation of completed projects for publication in technical journals, for presentation to the agency requesting the project, or for use in further applied of theoretical research. Coordinating clinical trial preparation including the planning, assembling, and providing instruction to the trial team, development and evaluation of patient information, consent forms and patient recruitment process. Presenting trial protocols to a steering committee, designing data collection forms (the case record forms, CRFs), verifying that data entered on the CRFs is consistent with the patient clinical notes.
