JOB REQUIREMENT:

1) For EAT : a) Electronics



i) The candidate should have knowledge of Analog/Digital Circuits/Microprocessor & RF/
Microwave circuits. He should be able to read and analyse the electronic circuit diagrams.

ii) The candidate would be required to carryout testing / trouble shooting, of PCBs ,
Modules, electronic subsystems and systems.

iii) Operational knowledge of various electronic instruments like Multimeter, Oscilloscope,
Signal Generator, Pulse Generator, etc. used in Electro-technical field is essential.

iv) The candidate should have good communication skills. He/She should be able to interact
with customer/customer inspector to get the items inspected /accepted.

v) The candidate should have capabilities to work independently and supervise and guide
the team/supporting staff.

vi) The candidate would be required to frequently travel to various field sites for installation
, commissioning, maintenance and trouble shooting of equipment.

b) Mechanical :

i) The candidates should have knowledge of Engineering Materials. Engineering drawings,
Production/Manufacturing Process, Metrology tools, Instruments and Gauges, etc. He/She
should be conversant in use of computers (MS-Excel).

ii) The candidates should have the understanding of Production Planning and control.

iii) The candidate should be able to operate climate chambers and familiar with the climatic
& environmental stress screening tests , vibration and bump tests.

v) The candidate should have good communication skills and should be able to interact with
customer/customer inspectors, to get the items inspected and accepted.

vi) The candidates should have capabilities to work independently and supervise & guide the
team / supporting staff. He/She would be frequently required to travel to various field sites for
installation , commissioning, maintenance and trouble shooting of equipment.

vii) The Knowledge of Hydraulics /Refrigeration, and SAP environment is desirable.







2) FOR TECHNICIAN C : a) Electronics/Radio Mechanics

i) The candidates should have knowledge of various types of Electronics components and
circuits.

ii) The candidate should have working experience of soldering, crimping, making of cable
forms, cable assemblies, especially RF cables.

iii) The candidate should be able to work-on/Assemble PCB Assemblies, Electronics /
Electromechanical sub systems and Systems.

iv) The candidate would be required to frequently travel to various field sites for installation,
commissioning, maintenance and trouble shooting of the equipments and interact with customer.

b) Mechanical/Fitter :

i) The candidates should be capable of reading Engineering drawings.

ii) The candidate should have working experience of operations like riveting, filing, drilling,
Precision assembly and Mechanical Assembly, like Shelters etc.

iii) The candidate should be able to use various metrology instruments for measuring.

iv) The candidate would be required to frequently travel to field sites for installation,
commissioning and maintenance and trouble shooting of equipments and interact with
customers.


c) Electrical /Electrician :

i) The candidates should have working knowledge of operation & maintenance of
Machines, Diesel Generator (Engine & Alternator), Air conditioner, motors, UPS and Control
systems.

ii) The candidate would be required to do installation, commissioning, maintenance &
trouble shooting of the above systems.

iii) The candidate would be required to frequently travel to various field sites and interact
with customers.








3) For CCOP :

i) The candidates should have thorough knowledge of Computers, MS Office (MS Word,
MS Excel). Knowledge of MS Access is desirable. He should be able to link various Excel files
for report generation.

ii) Candidates should have working knowledge of commercial laws of the country. He
should be able to prepare Enquiry / RFQ based on the Indenters requirements, Prepare
comparative statements, Prepare Purchase Orders (PO), Follow-up with Vendors & maintain of
PO Files.

iii) The candidate should have exposure to business communication & Sales/Purchase
documentations. He/She should have good communication skills and should be able to write
business letters. Also he/she would be required to interact with senior officers of our customer
and customer Inspector.

iv) Candidates having working knowledge / work experience of 1-2 years in SAP will be
preferred.

* DA revised every quarter .Present rate is 47.2% of Basic.

AGE: Upper Age limit as on 30.06.2011 will be 25 years for General candidates. The upper age limit will be
relaxed by 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST and 10 years for PWD candidates. Age relaxation for Ex-servicemen
will be as per Govt. directives.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:


APPLICATIONS FROM CANDIDATES WHO ARE MEETING THE BELOW
MENTIONED CRITERIA ONLY WILL BE CONSIDERED:


i) Should have acquired the appropriate qualification in the indicated trade / discipline only.

ii) Should be registered in Employment Exchanges in Ghaziabad.

iii) General / OBC candidates should have secured 65% marks (aggregate of all years) and above
in ITI/ NAC/Diploma/ Graduation and SC/ ST/PWD candidates should have secured minimum
50% marks.

iv) Age as on 30.06.2011 should be 25 years for General candidates. The upper age limit will be
relaxed by 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST and 10 years for PWD candidates. Age relaxation
for Ex-servicemen will be as per Govt. directives.

v) Should submit the application typed on an A4 size paper in the format appended with this
advertisement, alongwith requisite enclosures, clearly superscribing the post applied for on the
envelope.


METHOD OF SELECTION:

A combined merit list (based on aggregate percentage of marks) comprising of
candidates sponsored by the Employment Exchange and those applying against this
advertisement will be prepared and a limited number of candidates only will be called for
the Written Test.
Call letters for written test will be sent to the short-listed candidates by post. Candidates who
qualify in the written test will be called for an interview. Final selection will be based on the
overall performance in the Written test and interview.

NOTE:

Diploma holders in Electronics/ Mechanical will be inducted as Engineering
Assistant Trainees and will undergo training for a period of one year, during which they
will be paid a stipend of Rs.4000/-. On successful completion of training and passing the
gradation test, they will be placed in the pay scale indicated above.

Candidates, who have not completed the above stipulated qualification in all respects by
31.05.2011, need not apply.

The posts indicated may vary depending upon the requirement at the time of selection.

Concerned University Norms for calculation of percentage will be followed.

ix) Candidates who are employed in Govt/ Quasi Govt/ Public Sector Undertakings are
required to submit their applications through proper channel or furnish No Objection
certificate at the time of interview.

xi) Demand Draft/ Bankers Cheque for Rs. 300/- for General/ OBC candidates and Rs. 100/- for
SC/ST/PWD candidates drawn on any Scheduled Bank (preferably State Bank of India) payable
at Ghaziabad in favour of Bharat Electronics Limited.

not fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria. Mere short-listing / attendance in the written test /
interview does not entitle them to any claim for the post.
