INTRODUCTION
FAIRCRETE 16 is a colorless, transparent non-toxic aqueous solution which when applied on fresh concrete surfaces reacts with free lime and seals the pores.This produces a core-hardened surface that blocks the pores of the concrete thus protecting the surface attack by mild chemicals, oils, fats and grease. It is a water based sealer that penetrates concrete and masonry building materials, protecting, preserving, and strengthening them. FAIRCRETE 16 is not only a remedy for existing floors but should be considered as a vital part of the specifications for new floor.

< < READY MIXED : FAIRCRETE 16 is supplied as a ready to use product. SEALS : FAIRCRETE 16 penetrates deep into the Portland cement based materials, concrete and other materials concrete forming a chemical reaction that locks the pores from within, converting the concrete into a solid densified mass and providing a deep permanent seal on all types of concrete surfaces. EFFECTIVE DUSTPROOFING PROPERTIES : The concrete creates dust from efflorescence naturally which settles on finished goods, racks and equipment. FAIRCRETE 16 chemically reacts with the salts in the concrete and permanently eliminates the release of concrete dust through the pores. GOOD ABRASION RESISTANCE : FAIRCRETE 16 makes concrete abrasion resistant. ELIMINATES HIGH MAINTENANCE COSTS : As FAIRCRETE 16 permanently seals the concrete, the concrete can be easily washed off with a mop or soapy water. Economical to use. Chloride free. FUNCTIONS
< < < < < FAIRCRETE 16 seals, dust proofs, hardens the concrete surfaces. Protects against dusting, pitting, palling, efflorescence and temperature cracking in concrete. Inhibits freeze thaw deterioration. Neutralizes excess internal alkali from concrete. Requires no thinners and primers.

USES
FAIRCRETE 16 is primarily recommended for use in: < New concrete surfaces such as concrete floors, concrete blocks and granolithic pavings < New or old, rough or smooth surfaces < Factories < Warehouses < Garages < Depots

APPLICATION METHOD
SURFACE PREPARATION
Grind the floor with the marble grinding machine but ensure that the top surface is not removed. If there are any cracks or potholes then repair the same with EPOXY REPAIR SYSTEMS. Wash the surface with clean water and then remove excess water from the surface. Please ensure that before starting the application the surface is thoroughly dry so that FAIRCETE 16 can penetrate into the concrete.

APPLICATION
< < Apply FAIRCETE 16 with brush on the prepared dry surface. Apply second coat of FAIRCRETE 16 after 2 hrs. of first coat. Ensure first coat becomes touch dry then only second coat is applicable. Direction ofRunremains as same as first coat. In case of very porous or poor substrate third coat would be applicable A perfect application of FAIRCRETE 16 offers a hard and dust proofer floor for industrial use. FINISHING OF FAIRCRETE 16 : After finishing the work let the layer cure for 10 to 15 days. Then do buffing with buffing machine to give mirror finish to the surface.This surface is now ready for use.

LIMITATIONS
Do not apply FAIRCRETE 16 to : < Lightweight block or extremely porous masonry containing holes and air pockets. < Areas previously treated with curing or sealing agents.

SAFETY
Avoid contact of the material with skin and eyes. Wear appropriate gloves and eye protection during use. Wash off with soap and water if the material comes into contact with the skin. Any eye contamination must be washed with copious amounts of water and immediate medical attention should be taken.

Our laboratory in Baroda and technical personnel & experts are available to provide additional information and technical assistance. We are eager to work with you in development of new product and resolve your problem. FAIRSCREED EP : Three pack, abrasion, impact, chemical resistant, antiskid, high performance heavy duty epoxy based floor screed. 4 mm to 6 mm thickness application is recommended. Requires primer (SAFECORE WB primer is recommended). Coverage: 4 to 6m at 4 mm thickness per pack of 25 kg. FLOORSEAL C : It is a two part, epoxy based sealer and surface hardener to be applied in two coats. It seals the concrete surfaces and gives increased resistance to abrasion and chemical attack and acts as a barrier to penetration of oils and grease. It can be used on old or new cement/concrete surfaces such as concrete floors, granolithic paving and sand/cement screeds. Coverage: approximately 5 to 7 m for a coat.

FAIRTOP : Ready to use single pack, hard wearing, abrasion resistant, non-metallic, monolithic, iron free, smooth finish, anti-skid industrial flooring compound for medium to heavy duty traffic floors. Resists penetration of oil and water. Consumption - 5 kg/m, Mho's scale hardness 8 to 9. FAIRTOP FAST FLOOR : Cementitious self smoothing flooring designed for warehouses and industrial floors when strength and durability are of high priority. FAIRTOP FAST FLOOR is available in 18 kg plastic bag. 18 kg bag will give coverage of 1.8 kg/mm/m at 1mm thickness.
