of differential pricing amount at the time of application for allotment of specified securities Adjustment SEBI has observed that, presently, the effect of differential pricing such as discount to retail individual, if any, in a public issue, is being given to the eligible investors only at the stage of allotment of specified securities and not at the time of filing an application for such allotment. This takes away certain benefits from the investors such as lower cash outflow at a price net of discount, the ability to apply for more shares with the same cash outlay, etc. In order to address the aforesaid issue, it has been decided to allow investors eligible for differential pricing in public issues to make payment at a price net of discount, if any, at the time of bidding itself.

Exchange to begin calculating and publishing "TOPIX Risk Control Index" Tokyo Stock The Tokyo Stock Exchange begins calculating and publishing the TOPIX Risk Control Index to satisfy the market demands of tracking the return of a strategy that applies dynamic exposure to an underlying index in an attempt to control the level of volatility. The TOPIX Risk Control Index consists of 5% volatility, 10% volatility and 15% volatility. announces clearing services for Over The Counter (OTC) foreign exchange forwards CME Group CME Group, announced the launch of post-execution clearing services for over-the-counter (OTC) U.S. dollar/Chilean peso non-deliverable forwards (NDFs) through CME ClearPort. CME ClearPort is a set of flexible OTC clearing services available to all OTC market participants to significantly mitigate their counterparty credit risk and provide neutral valuations. The initial product launch will be for Non Deliverable Forwards style transactions for U.S. dollar (USD) versus Chilean peso (CLP), where original trades conducted in the standard "USD/CLP" interbank terms of Chilean peso per U.S. dollar, can be submitted for clearing. This clearing service will benefit from daily valuation curves provided by ICAP, the world's premier interdealer broker and a leading provider of brokerage services to the Latin American FX markets.
