Identify the appropriate safety precautions to carry out science activities. 4. Demonstrate basic laboratory techniques concerning glass works and preservation of biological specimen. 5. Demonstrate knowledge and skills in maintaining scientific equipment and materials. 6. Explore how improvisation, preparation and selection of appropriate resources can enhance the learning of primary science. Synopsis This course discusses the management of the science laboratory and resources, safe handling of scientific materials handling of chemicals, rules and safety in the laboratory, basic laboratory techniques, preservation of biological specimens, science teaching and learning resources, preparation and improvisation of selected resources and presentation. Kursus ini membincangkan tentang pengurusan makmal sains dan sumber-sumber,, cara pengendalian selamat bahan-bahan kimia, peraturan dan keselamatan dalam makmal, teknik-teknik asas makmal, pengawetan spesimen biologi, sumber-sumber pengajaran dan pembelajaran sains, penyediaan dan pindaan sumbersumber terpilih dan persembahannya.
