POSITION DESCRIPTION
Position: CEO/President - IT Business Location: Mumbai Reporting to: Chairman & MD Requirment of the Role Seven Hills hospital has successfully developed a Software product which is a Hospital Management system indigenously which is being used at their Vizag & Mumbai Hospitals SevenHills Hospital boasts a self developed state of the art electronic medical record (EMR) system which makes it a completely paperless hospital. Each patient is given a Unique Hospital ID (UHID) at the initial visit which has lifelong validity. All health information is then recorded by their care providers against the UHID and is available any time of day or night across the hospital. The patient will also be able to access his/her own medical record online from the comfort of home. They have incorporated industry standard security systems to safeguard such information. The CEO would be responsible for Developing & Building this Business Globally for the SevenHills Hospital group. This is a Senior & Responsible Role with full P&L Responsibilites, reporting to the CMD.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Should have 15 -20years of IT software sales Global experience in selling Enterprise level software products company. Healthcare IT product sales experience would be an added advantage. Should be self driven & work independently and develop the business. Have knowledge of enterprise software implementation, support and maintenance. High level of Entrepreneur skills & drive would be a Critical attribute.

Have worked across international geographies with Experince of US Markets Have strong communication, presentation, leadership and interpersonal skills.

ROLES & RESPONSIILITIES Should have implemented and managed all aspects of Turnkey Projects for Application Software catering to the specific needs of the customers primarily in Health Care Environment Should define the roadmap for the IT Strategic Business Unit and grow the business to the next level. Will build Sales and Business Development functions, formulate strategic sales plan for products and solutions. Should have successful experience with full P/L responsibilities with IT Sales experience, and strong presentation skills Will develop key account relationships with international customers and Understand market requirements & customer preferences. Should have good qualities of an entrepreneur to manage & drive this Business successfully.
