For more information, visit www.prudential.com. Participate in the reporting of quantitative and qualitative investment information through maintenance of various proprietary databases. This includes working with business partners designing and executing more efficient processes that report investment related data. This individual will utilize their expertise in investments, to manage the production and quality review of investment data. The position requires active participation and contribution to team-based discussions in order to identify opportunities for improving our production process. The analyst will be responsible for providing timely updates, consistent and accurate reporting of data. Responsible for the management and preparation of the fund transmittal process, while ensuring the quality of the data. Leverage infrastructure capabilities and identify opportunities to exceed service capabilities. Activities required to perform this role, include: - Colleting investment information, commentary and portfolio returns from sub-advisors. - Updating appropriate systems and prepare appropriate reports for downstream users of data. - Reviewing data for accuracy and reviewing investment reporting output prior to distribution. - Effectively interact with Relationship managers, Investment Consultants, Sales and Marketing to prioritize and meet ad hoc requests for information. - Collaborate with technology on required technology enhancements and drive integrated and effective process change. Recommend, test, implement and document enhancements as required. - Communicate effectively with internal and external sources

regarding fund and index information and analysis. - Partner with product management, legal, risk and compliance as required. - Effectively interact with internal partners in researching and resolving client issues in a timely basis. - Maintain data associated with fund offerings including expenses, revenue, redemption fees, and availability. Qualifications * 1 - 3 years work experience in investments, financial reporting. or technology. * Strong analysis skills, the ability to balance team orientation with ability to work independently * Demonstrated ability to focus on and take ownership for results (i.e.: quality, deadlines, goal-setting, and process improvement) * Ability to work well under pressure and to easily adapt to changes in priorities to meet marketplace and business needs. * Understanding of investment concepts and/or products within retirement market. * Understanding of marketing, sales and product development culture * Well developed oral and written communication skills, ability to translate complex ideas into clear and simple format * Ability to demonstrate a pattern of results in achieving desired behavioral outcomes.
