at the University of Plymouth. Im studying a course in digital art and technology. It challenges me to think about the cohabitation of the digital movement within our world today and tomorrow. I reflect on the past in order to foresee the future. My specific skills set covers from a range of academia related study to skills in computer science and fine arts. Im a high achiever and on track to achieve a first class honours in 2014. Im on my second year, currently looking to secure industry placement opportunities during this year and the next to further my experience in the field.
Im an undergrad..
PROJECTS..
that I have worked on previously have had a wide range of diversity. Some of the work I have recently completed is as follows:
DataVisulisation using processing and the green screen I created a visualisation of the
environment in which the work was situated abstractedly showing the conditions within a matrix.
v Webdesign creating an online portfolio using hand coded HTML and CSS. I went from
understanding none of these languages to constructing a site Im proud of in a matter of weeks. This showed my adaptability and aptitude to engaging with new and challenging tasks.
Digital Identity over the year we built up our graphical communication skill set in order to
create a 30second advert for an online medium. I successfully told my personal story within the strict brief while still managing to create an innovative and engaging product. I perfected my skills in Illustrator Photoshop and Aftereffects at the same time
v Industry Manipulation I tackled manipulating the industry with 2 ideas. I intervened with
the social medium by creating fake accounts in order to research behavioural patterns, identity fears and conventions within the space further expanding my knowledge of the social network environment. I also dissociated myself with the digital world cutting all ties in order to firstly document my withdrawal, and as such the effect socially, economically and physiologically upon my self and the community.
v Sempiternity a viral film I directed and co-produced. The film looked at the issues
surrounding the vast content uploaded to YouTube and its relevance towards society as a stimulating medium. Its second objective was to question the openness of personal information shown by the younger generations on the web. A nonlinear production documenting the life of one individual showing each choice made giving the user control over her actions through out the piece. I was pleased at how the seemingly low-tech production of a film, managed to be a hyper-media product through innovative audience participation.
2. Event Promotion

Advising the exam board on how to improve my course and make new specifications around the use of technology. Gaining a commission to create a marketing package for Maxwells Oxford.
5. Immersive Experiences
Audiences were made to feel like they were walking as part of a crowd with through the eyes of a surrealist
