PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI

DI UPT PEMBERDAYAAN PENYANDANG DISABILITAS DAKSA
DINAS SOSIAL PROVINSI RIAU

Penelitian ini dilakukan di kantor UPT Pemberdayaan Penyandang Disabilitas

Daksa Dinas Sosial Provinsi Riau. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui
pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai UPT Pemberdayaan
Penyandang Disabilitas Daksa Dinas Sosial Provinsi Riau. Populasi yang ada
dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 32 orang. Dalam penelitian ini pengambilan sampel
menggunaka sampel jenuh, yaitu sebesar 32 orang. Adapun analisis data yang
digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan
bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai UPT
Pemberdayaan Penyandang Disabilitas Daksa Dinas Sosial Provinsi Riau.
Besarnya pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah sebesar
54,4%, sedangkan sisanya 45,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti
pada penelitian ini.

THE EFFECT OF THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT ON EMPLOYEE

PERFORMANCE IN UPT EMPOWERMENT OF PERSONS WITH
DAKSA DISABILITIES DINAS SOCIAL PROVINCE

This research was conducted at the UPT Empowerment of Persons with

Disabilities Office of Social Service, Riau Province. The purpose of this study
was to determine the effect of the work environment on the performance of the
employees of the UPT Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities Dinas Social
Province. The population in this study were 32 people. In this study, the sampling
used a saturated sample, namely 32 people. The data analysis used is simple linear
regression. The results show that the work environment has a significant effect on
the performance of the employees of the UPT for the Empowerment of Persons
with Disabilities Dinas Social Province. The amount of influence of the work
environment on employee performance is 54.4%, while the remaining 45.6% is
influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
