New Products from KLEEMANN

Platform for people with disabilities
A new solution for the transportation of people with disabilities, for a maximum distance of 3 meters. The platform has a 2:1 rope suspension system and is customized, with dimensions provided upon request. It is painted in RAL colors according to the clients choice so that it matches with the surroundings. The platforms rated load is 300 kg and its rated speed is 0,10 m/sec.

New Cabins Athens Classic A110 / Modern Life L110

KLEEMANN suggests new cabins with a special customized design and a particularly competitive price. It is available in 8 different color combinations in epoxy paint. There is also the possibility of using the same paint color for bus and semi-automatic doors, which will accompany the cabin. It has a column car operating panel in epoxy paint and a landing operating panel (button - display) built in the landing door. For more information please contact your sales engineer.

Test Tower inauguration
Kleemann inaugurated the first elevator testing tower in Greece as well as the fourth largest privately owned in Europe on the 24 th of June in Kilkis. The tower provides testing capabilities for highspeed elevators, initially at 6 meters/second. Since these lifts are made for skyscrapers up to 100 floors (300 meters high), with this investment Kleemanns management aims to meet the needs of large markets such as the USA, the Middle and Far East. With 18 floors and five testing shafts, the tower is 61 meters high. Its construction began in 2008 and was completed in 2010, while the total investment exceeded 5 million euros. Partners and associates from all around the world attended the inauguration, and enjoyed the hospitality offered by the companys people in a setting that was especially arranged for purposes of the event. Production in China
Meanwhile, the creation of a production base in China is under works by Kleemann, through its subsidiary Hong Kong Elevator Systems Limited. With this investment, amounting to 2 million euros, the group aims to penetrate the broader area of Southeast Asia and Oceania. The growth prospects of this market are particularly significant considering that, given the economic growth and urbanization trends, it creates 50% of the global demand for lifts. This decision once again reveals the extrovert nature of the company, which exports 60% of its production to more than 60 countries, having subsidiaries in Turkey, Serbia, Romania, England and Hong Kong and sales offices in Germany, Russia and the United Arab Emirates. Moreover, management recently decided to establish a representation office in Poland. At the same time Kleemann is the market leader in Greece.

In its latest issue of June 2011, the globally circulated American magazine Elevator World, the most important magazine in the industry, ranked Kleemann amongst the seven major elevator manufacturers in the world.
