TextBlock: The long awaited Welsh Government consultation on Tourist Signing is now underway. An opportunity for you the industry to respond to this consutlation document, which includes guidance on the contentious BROWN SIGN issue. We are looking to draw together a coherent industry response from the tourism trade in Pembrokeshire and would therefore be grateful if you could spend a few moments on this quick survey. The questions have been taken directly from the consultation document, but please feel free to add your own comments below.PLEASE NOTE: Tourism Signage is a complex issue. The Trunk Road Agency is responsible for the Brown Signs on trunk roads only. The 22 Local Authorities in Wales are responsible for any signage on non-trunk roads, and are responsible for developing their own policy. The full document can be read via the link below:http://wales.gov.uk/consultations/transport/110328signing/?lang=enThe consultation period is open until the 24th June, however in order to gain industry feedback, and present main issues to the next Board meeting of Pembrokeshire Tourism I would be grateful for your input by Monday 6th June latest.
