Back Ground of the Study As we, higher life forms exist in the earth we know, lots of advancements and

changes had risen from the very depth. In our generation of this days, technology had reached the nearly next to fulfillment. Yet, as the knowledge extend, so do the problems. As much as we finished tasks with ease, is as much we get our selves killed. Danger arises. This conducted research was formulated to remediate those individuals who have high level of BUN (Blood Urea Nitrogen) and Creatinine. Eith the aim that seek an effectivemedication reducing the level of BUN and creatinine. The encapsulation of this research product could possibly a commercial replacement which peole expect to be in expensive price. BUN (Blood Urea Nitrogen) and creatinine is a factor that affects the kidneys ability to function well. The researcher must come to think about an Idea that somehow could lower the BUN abd Creatinine of an individual. Kalumanay (Myrsine Philippinensis A. DC.) is native plant in our place, Maragondon. This plant isn't well known enough by folks there and is not renowned for medication. Though Kalumanay can be seen usually on river sides and even typhoon couldn'y get rid of it. But a few know about this type of plant, yet they don't know exactly what is the use of it. Elders who knew and appreciate the significance of Kalumanay said that this plant could cure kidney infection.

statement of the Problem Generally, this study will be conducted to evaluate the BUN(Blood Urea Nitrogen) and Creatinine reducing effect on the kidneys of the encapsulated root extract of Kalumanay(Myrsine philippinensis A. DC.)

Specifically, this will be carried out to answer the following questions: 1.Is the encapsulated Kalumanay(Myrsine philippinensis A. DC.) root extract hypoallergenic when taken up in the human body? 2. What are the phytovhemical properties present in Kalumanay root extract which would have the possibility to lower the BUN(Blood Urea Nitrogen) and Creatinine level? 3. Is there a significant difference between the capsule consumption and direct consumption of the Kalumanay(Myrsine philippinensis A. DC.) in terms of the reduction of BUN and Creatinine level.

4. Is there a significant diffrence between the pretest and posttest results of the treated and untreated experiment variables in terms of their BUN(Blood Urea Nitrogen) and Creatinine level?

Significance of the Study As of now, we are all aware that much people even a child or elderly suffer from kidney infections brought by natural factors. Majority of the victims couldn't afford an expensive medication, that would be an extra expense. We are in need of an alternative remedy, natural from the environment, for different illnesses which we know available in our sorrroundings. Unfolding a n alternative remedies which are more effective and more affordable to those commercialized treatment should be take into account. The researcher ought yo determine if the herbal medicines around and grow almost anywhere will be safe when taken. The evaluation of the phytochemical properties as well as the encapsulation of the root extract of Kalumanay will definitely be a great lift up to those who are suffering to much form kidney failure due to the elevation of BUn (Blood Urea Nitrogen) and Creatinine level. This research will result to a significant product that could be an effective reductase in BUN and Creatinine level in a more natural way. Scope and Limitations This research study would encapsule the root extract of Kalumanay(Myrsine philippinensis A. DC) that possibly have the reducing property in lowering the BUN(Blood Urea Nitrogen) and Creatinine level. Before the encapsulation process the plant, Kalumanay, will undergo to a test to know the effectiveness of the plant as BUN and Creatine reductase. It will not make any other type of drug aside form a capsule and will not seek for other uses of the plant and also we would only use the root as our main research variables.
