    Sir: We would like to seek your utmost consideration regarding the readjustment of construction joint @ 4th Floor level. Based on the actual survey construction joint deviates by five (5) cm from the construction joint of 3rd floor. Our proposal is to apply concrete epoxy on the construction joint with less than 30 cm deviation (please see attached). Rest assured that this would be the last incident of an almost similar construction joint on two consecutive floors. Succeeding construction joint shall have alternate cut of L/3 to L/4 from the column support or a deviation of 30cm from the immediate floor below. In addition, may we request from your good office to include TERMS Concrete Testing located at 100 Danny Floro St., Bagong Ilog Pasig City as one of our accredited material testing laboratory.
